      Hey there. Thanks for watching our videos. Personally I would wait until you are able to commit fully to the business. This is not a passive business. If you buy a business that is profitable you may see profit earlier than normal. it really depends on many factors such as how much you bought the business for and if you are paying the business loan off monthly.

Show people how they can mix and create the need. With my novel I am creating drinks for each one and would ask you guys to create a drink after each one of my characters that your consumers get get or even with the coffee. Have coffee flavoring that are seasonal that would compliment the coffee. I will stop but I love small businesses and hunt them down all of the time. What kind of businesses are around? If a gym high protein snacks. Flyers and other things help too. Do something for Halloween to force people to come by! A halloween scavenger hunt and you are the end spot. Don't give up. I am just now starting my business too. I will check out your products.

    Worst business to own....Alot of expenses and extremely low sale transactions.... $5000 to $10,000 per month rent, utilities and inventory and bills ....$10 sales transactions of candy, soda, gum, lottery tickets, cigarettes, etc.....you need ALOT of customers just to break even

    • @lifeasiknowit89
      @lifeasiknowit89 27 дней назад

      Yes, it is a very very tough business. There's a lot of expenses and you right around the mark for the rent and utilities and inventory equal around $6 to $7,000. However, some people do very well and last a long time in this business because they find a way to build up the average sale. You're looking at a $20 average spend in a small store like this. Is a volume-based business just like any other food-based business. Think restaurants bakeries small cafes. Yes, many do falter in a few years but some do succeed into a very busy location.

    I can tell you first off, you have way too much inventory for each item. Use a distributor or direct company that has little to no minimums so you can order more often when needed. Also, consider Feng Shui. There is much to be said in the way of energy flow in a space. Colors, lighting and furniture can create blockages in energy flow and your energy flow equates to money.

      Yes, it is frustrating that most distributors only work per case. So you are left with 12-16 of the same items, when realistically you want 4. However, we do have a few distributors that break cases and allow for small quantities. However, they usually are small scale distributors so with this method the price per item is a bit more expensive.

    We have an opportunity to build and operate a business in a downtown where housing is being going up like crazy. Wondering if a small walk to grocery store would be a good idea

      It is always good when the neighbourhood around the store is being built up and expanding. In this niche More people in your area= more business... unless... there are multiple stores too lol

    Sir what is your pricing strategy? on best-selling items that has low margins and slow-moving items that has high margins

      Haha that is the battle of retail store owner. High priced items generally always move a bit slower than your low ticket items. It's just the nature of the business. It's a complex question but Stick around 40 percent margin on average and flex it lower if you want to get rid of slow moving items faster.
